William Heyn is a financial industry executive with over twenty-five years of experience including, investment banking, private equity investment and corporate management and restructuring. Founder and CEO of Tritaurian Capital, Incorporated, a FINRA/SEC registered Broker-Dealer and boutique investment bank based in New York City which has been approved to offer private placement securities utilizing blockchain technology.

As a co-founder of SOMA.finance, William has extensive experience across a variety industries, from founding companies, raising funds for those and other companies through investment grade and high yield debt, equity, and convertible financings to mergers and acquisitions, business development, divestitures and leveraged and management buyouts. As with SOMA, William's expertise bridges from TradFi to DeFi, with a comprehesive knowledge of blockchain, crypto and DLT.

He founded Moon Street Ventures, an emerging technology consulting and R&D company, as well as Immutable Technologies Corp. (‘ITC’), a blockchain infrastructure provider. Prior to ITC, Rodrigo worked in investment banking at Willis Towers Watson Securities (‘WTWS’) in NYC and HK. Rodrigo received his B.A. in Economics from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts, and is a passionate computer science student in his spare time.
